HITS MOVIES launches on Indonesia’s MNC pay TV and OTT platforms
Rewind Networks’ brand new basic movie channel service debuts on MNC Vision, MNC Play and MNC Now beginning 1 April 2019

Rewind Networks today announced the launch of HITS MOVIES on Indonesia’s leading pay TV platforms - MNC Vision, its direct-to-home satellite service, MNC Play, a fibre-to-the-home broadband/IPTV service as well as its fledgling OTT service MNC Now.
On both MNC Vision and MNC Play, HITS MOVIES will be available on the respective platforms’ newly launched basic Family Pack on Channel 11 starting 1 April 2019. On MNC Now OTT service, the channel will be added to its existing premium subscription package. Both MNC Play and MNC Now will broadcast the HD version.
MNC Vision and MNC Play, which also carry Rewind Networks’ maiden venture, HITS (Channel 160), will be the third platform to carry HITS MOVIES, which launched on 1 October 2018 in Singapore (StarHub) and Indonesia (HOOQ). The deal brings HITS MOVIES’ reach in Asia to more than 3 million homes within six months of its launch.

HITS MOVIES celebrates the best blockbuster films ever made from the ‘60s to the ‘90s such as Superman, Batman, Forrest Gump, Ghost and A Nightmare on Elm Street. The channel features a carefully curated selection of hit movies from major Hollywood studios like MGM Studios, Paramount Pictures, Warner Bros and Sony Pictures. In April, subscribers of MNC Vision can look forward to iconic titles like Police Academy, Dirty Harry, Grease and RoboCop.
