On a stormy night, family friend Louisa seeks Miss Marple’s help. Marple sends Louisa and her son to Greenshaw’s Folly, where Louisa becomes secretary to the eccentric Miss Greenshaw—soon drawing attention and becoming entangled in danger at the estate.
