B.J. goes to Seoul for a haircut and Hawkeye is sent to the front lines in his place. The fighting is so close that Hawkeye decides to write out his last will and testament. Hawkeye reminisces on the past as he names his beneficiaries at the M*A*S*H unit. Meanwhile at the 4077th, the unit has gotten word that a doctor has been killed at the front and they fear that it might be Hawkeye. The truth turns out to be that Hawkeye was actually replacing the dead surgeon and everyone is relieved to hear Hawkeye is safe.
